There may be minor differences between the printed and electronic versions of the Review. Each document has two forms of citation. One refers to the print citation and the other refers to the medium neutral citation. For example, in the reference " On the Possibility of Impartiality in Decision-Making - [2004] MqLJ 2; (2004) 4 Macquarie Law Journal 7", the medium neutral citation is "[2004] MqLJ 2" and the print citation is "(2004) 4 Macquarie Law Journal 7". Please refer to AustLII's explanation of medium neutral citations for more information. You may consider using both for ease of cross referencing.
The Macquarie Law Journal is published annually.
The Macquarie Law Journal is the initiative of the Department of Law in the Division of Law at Macquarie University. It is published annually, both in hard copy and online, each volume having a special theme.Please see Call for Papers for the theme of the next issue.Manuscripts are refereed by means of double-blind, peer review.
