UNESCO Law and Culture - National Legislation.
"The present site permits free access to national legislations on authors rights and neighbouring rights, which are regularly communicated to UNESCO by its Members States." It is not obvious if the statutes are amended, so consider this a starting point for finding and downloading the relevant legislation. Verify currency status against other sources.

168 dictionary link for 61 languages, machine translation for 19 languages, links to over 1001 glossaries, and a directory of over 1800 translators. Worth trying -our test indicated that searches in European languages were more effective than those in Asian languagues.
