Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if a warrant is issued for an offender's arrest under this division.
(2) Any period for which the warrant is outstanding and the offender is not in custody does not count toward the sentence imposed under the custodial part of the order.
(3) In this section:
(a) remanded in custody under a law in force in Australia or elsewhere; or
(b) detained at a place under the Mental Health Act 2015
, or a corresponding law in force in Australia or elsewhere.
