CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 - SECT 81

This part applies if—

        (a)     an offender is convicted of an offence; and

        (b)     a court sentences the offender to imprisonment for the offence; and

        (c)     the sentence of imprisonment is not fully suspended.
