Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) It is unlawful for a member of the staff of an educational institution to subject a student at that institution, or a person seeking admission to the institution as a student, to sexual harassment.
(2) It is unlawful for a student at an educational institution to subject—
(a) another student at the institution; or
(b) a member of the staff of the institution;
