DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1990 - SECT 26

Disclosure of interests

The director shall give notice in writing to the Attorney-General of all direct or indirect pecuniary interests that he or she has or acquires—

        (a)     in a business, whether in the Territory or elsewhere; or

        (b)     in a body corporate carrying on such a business.
