ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 104

A person is not eligible to be nominated for election as an MLA unless, at the hour of nomination—

        (a)     the person is eligible to be an MLA; or

        (b)     for a person referred to in section 103 (2) (b)—the person would, apart from that paragraph, be eligible to be an MLA.
