Subject to section 156, a person shall, on receipt of a ballot paper under section 133, without delay—
(a) go to an unoccupied voting compartment at the polling place; and
(b) there, in private, mark the person's vote on the ballot paper in accordance with section 132; and
(c) if the person has voted using a paper ballot paper—fold the ballot paper so as to conceal the vote and put it in a ballot box at the polling place; and
(d) leave the polling place.
