Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) If no electoral expenditure in relation to an election is incurred by or with the authority of a candidate in the election, a return under section 224 in relation to the candidate shall be given to the commissioner and shall include a statement to the effect that no expenditure of a kind required to be disclosed has been incurred by or with the authority of the candidate.
(2) If no electoral expenditure in relation to an election is incurred by or with the authority of a party that endorsed a candidate in the election, a return under section 224 in relation to the party shall be given to the commissioner and shall include a statement to the effect that no expenditure of a kind required to be disclosed has been incurred by or with the authority of the party.
