ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 261

The registrar shall, after an application is filed under section 259, serve a sealed copy of the application on—

        (a)     the Speaker; and

        (b)     the person whose election is being disputed; and

        (c)     if the commissioner is not the applicant—the commissioner.
