ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 265

Declarations and orders

The Court of Disputed Elections shall hear and determine an application and may—

        (a)     declare the election void; or

        (b)     declare that a person who has been declared elected was not duly elected; or

        (c)     declare that a person who has not been declared elected was duly elected; or

        (d)     dismiss the application in whole or in part;

and may make any orders in relation to the application that the court considers appropriate.
