ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 272

A party to an application may—

        (a)     with the leave of the Court of Disputed Elections; and

        (b)     in the presence of the commissioner or a member of staff of the electoral commission;

inspect, and make copies of or take extracts from, the electoral papers (except ballot papers) in the possession of the commissioner that were used in connection with the election being disputed.
