ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 277

The following persons are entitled to appear in a proceeding under this division:

        (a)     any person who, in the opinion of the Court of Disputed Elections, has a sufficient interest in the determination of the question referred;

        (b)     any person on whom notice of that question is ordered to be served by the court.
