ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 291

In this division:

"polling place" includes—

        (a)     an early polling place; and

        (b)     an interstate declaration polling place; and

        (c)     a place where mobile polling is taking place under division 10.5 (Mobile polling).

"reportage or commentary", in relation to a news publication, means everything in the newspaper or periodical except—

        (a)     advertisements; and

        (b)     letters to the editor.
