(1) A person shall not supply a ballot paper unless authorised to do so for this Act.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) A person shall not obtain a ballot paper by fraudulent means.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
(3) A person other than an elector shall not mark a ballot paper, unless expressly authorised by this Act.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(4) A person shall not fraudulently put a ballot paper, or any other paper, in a ballot box.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
(5) A person shall not fraudulently take a ballot paper out of—
(a) an early polling place; or
(b) an interstate declaration polling place; or
(c) a polling place; or
(d) a scrutiny centre.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
(6) A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, interfere with a ballot box, or a ballot paper, unless authorised to do so for this Act.
