ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 60

    (1)     The commissioner—

        (a)     shall, at the office of the commissioner; and

        (b)     may, at any other places the commissioner determines;

make a printed extract from each roll available for public inspection during ordinary office hours.

    (2)     A right of inspection under subsection (1) shall not be taken to give any right to copy, take an extract from, or scan electronically, an extract from a roll.

    (3)     For subsection (1), the commissioner shall prepare an extract of each roll at least once each calendar year.
