ELECTORAL ACT 1992 - SECT 61

    (1)     At least once each calendar year, the commissioner shall, on request—

        (a)     give 2 printed extracts from the roll for an electorate to each MLA for the electorate; and

        (b)     give 2 printed extracts from the roll for each electorate to the registered officer of each registered party.

    (2)     The commissioner shall, on request, supply a printed extract from a roll to a person who the commissioner is satisfied requires the extract for an approved purpose within the meaning of section 63.

Note     A fee may be determined under s 340B (Determination of fees) for a request under subsection (2).
