Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) To work out whether a person has the care, control or management of a firearm for this Act, each of the following must be considered:
(a) whether the person knows about the firearm;
(b) whether the person can use or dispose of the firearm;
(c) whether the person can control or prevent someone else from using or having physical possession of the firearm.
(2) In this section:
"physical possession"—see section 10 (1) (a).
