FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 135

Temporary recognition of interstate licences—declaration of licence categories

    (1)     The registrar may declare that an interstate licence is of a particular category.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
