FIREARMS ACT 1996 - SECT 243

Offence—selling ammunition generally

A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     is not a licensed firearms dealer or authorised club member; and

        (b)     sells ammunition.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
