Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A person who acts as a guardian or manager is entitled to reimbursement of the reasonable expenses incurred in acting as guardian or manager.
(2) Amounts payable under this section are payable out of, and are a charge on, the relevant person's property or, if the manager concerned is manager of part only of the relevant person's property, that part.
