GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 - SECT 114

Seizure of unlawful gaming machines

    (1)     This section applies if an authorised officer believes on reasonable grounds that—

        (a)     a person possesses or operates a gaming machine; and

        (b)     the person is not authorised to possess or operate the gaming machine under this Act.

    (2)     The authorised officer may seize the gaming machine.
