GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 - SECT 126

Approval of statement for display on gaming machines

    (1)     The Minister may approve a statement for display on each gaming machine at authorised premises.

    (2)     An approval is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
