GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 - SECT 127L

In this Act:

"storage permit" means a permit that authorises a licensee to store 1 or more gaming machines, with or without the authorisations for the gaming machines—

        (a)     for the purpose stated in the permit; and

        (b)     at the place stated in the permit; and

        (c)     for the period stated in the permit.
