Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The holder of a multi-user permit and a person (the proposed permit-holder ) to whom the permit is proposed to be transferred may apply jointly in writing to the commission for transfer of the permit.
(2) The commission must transfer the permit to the proposed permit-holder if satisfied on reasonable grounds that the proposed permit-holder is an eligible person.
