Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if a club has an election of members to the club's management committee or board, or another position in the club.
(2) The club commits an offence if the club does not, for the relevant period, keep records in relation to the election.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) In this section:
"club" means a club for which a licence is in force.
"election" of someone to a position includes re-election of the person.
"relevant period" means 2 years after the day of the election.
