GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 - SECT 148A

A director of a club must exercise the director's powers and discharge the director's duties—

        (a)     in good faith in the best interests of the club; and

        (b)     for a proper purpose; and

        (c)     as far as practicable, in a way that reduces gambling harm.
