The following provisions expire at the end of a 2-year period during which no COVID-19 emergency has been in force:

        (a)     this section;

        (d)     section 166 (1), definition of community purpose contribution , paragraph (b) (ii);

        (e)     section 166 (2A);

        (f)     section 166 (4) and example;

        (g)     section 166A;

        (h)     section 172 (2A);

              (i)     dictionary, definition of COVID-19 emergency .
