Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if the commission approves a technician under section 75 (Approval of technicians) or section 76 (Short-term approval of technicians).
(2) The commission must give—
(a) a certificate (the technician's approval certificate ) to each approved supplier for the technician containing details of the approval; and
(b) an identity card to the approved technician containing details of the approval.
