(1) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person is a licensee; and
(b) a crowd controller is working as a crowd controller at the licensed premises; and
(c) the crowd controller does not hold a current RSA certificate.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person is a commercial permit-holder; and
(b) a crowd controller is working as a crowd controller at the permitted premises; and
(c) the crowd controller does not hold a current RSA certificate.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(3) A person commits an offence if the person—
(a) is a crowd controller; and
(b) is working as a crowd controller at licensed premises; and
(c) does not hold a current RSA certificate.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(4) A person commits an offence if the person—
(a) is a crowd controller; and
(b) is working as a crowd controller at permitted premises; and
(c) does not hold a current RSA certificate.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(5) An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
