LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 11

What is liquor?

In this Act:

"liquor"—

        (a)     means a substance that—

              (i)     is capable of being ingested; and

              (ii)     contains more than 1.15% by volume of ethanol; and

        (b)     includes a substance prescribed by regulation; and

        (c)     does not include a substance prescribed by regulation not to be liquor.
