Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A staff member at premises may refuse to supply liquor or low-alcohol liquor to a person if, when asked, the person does not show the staff member an identification document identifying the person as an adult.
(2) This section does not limit the circumstances in which a person may refuse to supply liquor or low-alcohol liquor.
