LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 13

    (1)     A licensee commits an offence if—

        (a)     the licence is subject to a condition; and

        (b)     the licensee fails to comply with the condition.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     A permit-holder commits an offence if—

        (a)     the permit is subject to a condition; and

        (b)     the permit-holder fails to comply with the condition.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
