LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 134

Offence—fail to display breath testing machine sign

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person is a licensee; and

        (b)     a breath testing machine is installed at the licensed premises; and

        (c)     the person fails to display a sign about the breath testing machine in the way prescribed by regulation.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

    (2)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person is a permit-holder; and

        (b)     a breath testing machine is installed at the permitted premises; and

        (c)     the person fails to display a sign about the breath testing machine in the way prescribed by regulation.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
