LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 136

Offence—sell petrol at premises

    (1)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person is a licensee; and

        (b)     the person sells petrol to another person; and

        (c)     the sale happens at the licensed premises.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

    (2)     A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person is a permit-holder; and

        (b)     the person sells petrol to another person; and

        (c)     the sale happens at the permitted premises.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

    (3)     This section does not apply to the sale of petrol at licensed premises prescribed by regulation.
