LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 141

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     is a licensee; and

        (b)     fails to keep the licence at the licensed premises.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.

    (2)     A person commits an offence if the person—

        (a)     is a permit-holder; and

        (b)     fails to keep the permit at the permitted premises.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.

    (3)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
