LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 145B

Offence—fail to comply with direction to give security camera images

A licensee commits an offence if—

        (a)     the licensee is given a direction under section 145A; and

        (b)     the licensee fails to comply with the direction.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, 12 months imprisonment or both.
