LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 176

Who may complain?

A person who believes on reasonable grounds that a ground for occupational discipline exists in relation to a licensee or commercial permit-holder may complain to the commissioner.

Examples—people who may complain

1     a member of the public

2     a user of a service

Note     Ground for occupational discipline , for a licensee—see s 183.
