LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 18

What is an on licence?

In this Act:

"on licence "means a licence that authorises the licensee to sell liquor—

        (a)     at a single licensed premises; and

        (b)     in open containers for consumption at the premises; and

        (c)     at the licensed times.

1     bar licence

2     nightclub licence

3     restaurant and cafe licence
