(1) The liquor advisory board is made up of—
(a) the commissioner; and
(b) the director-general; and
(c) the Victims of Crime Commissioner; and
(d) a police officer nominated, in writing, by the chief police officer; and
(e) the following members appointed by the Minister:
(i) 1 member appointed to represent the community;
(ii) 1 member appointed to represent Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders;
(iii) 1 member appointed to represent small businesses;
(iv) 1 member appointed to represent club licensees;
(v) 1 member appointed to represent on licensees, other than club licensees;
(vi) 1 member appointed to represent young people;
(vii) 1 member appointed to represent off licensees;
(viii) 1 member appointed to represent the late night economy;
(ix) 1 member with knowledge or expertise in the area of health and the effects of alcohol.
