LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 48

In this Act:

"commercial permit "means a permit that authorises the permit-holder to sell liquor—

        (a)     at a single permitted premises; and

        (b)     of a retail value not exceeding the value stated in the permit; and

        (c)     at the event stated in the permit; and

        (d)     at the permitted times.
