LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 6

This Act does not apply to the following:

        (a)     the administration, dispensing or sale of liquor for medicinal purposes—

              (i)     by or under the direction of a doctor; or

              (ii)     by a pharmacist;

        (b)     the supply, possession, consumption or purchase of liquor that is authorised by a law in force in the Territory.
