LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 74

Who is the responsible person for premises?—div 4.2

In this part:

"responsible person", for premises, means—

        (a)     for a licence for the premises—the licensee or proposed licensee; or

        (b)     for a permit for the premises—the permit-holder or proposed permit-holder.
