LIQUOR ACT 2010 - SECT 92A

Offence—licensee fail to comply with direction to prepare approved risk-assessment management plan

A licensee commits an offence if—

        (a)     the licensee is given a direction to prepare an approved risk-assessment management plan under section 90B; and

        (b)     the licensee fails to comply with the direction.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
