LEASES (COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL) ACT 2001 - SECT 145

    (1)     An application may be made in relation to a dispute to which this Act applies.

Note     Section 17 sets out the disputes to which this Act applies.

    (2)     An application in relation to a dispute to which this Act applies cannot be made under the Magistrates Court Act 1930
