LEASES (COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL) ACT 2001 - SECT 157

    (1)     In any Act, statutory instrument or document, a reference to the repealed Act

or the code is, in relation to anything dealt with in this Act, a reference to this Act.

    (2)     In any Act, statutory instrument or document, a reference to a particular provision of the repealed Act

or code is, in relation to anything dealt with in this Act, a reference to the corresponding provision of this Act.

    (3)     In this section:

"code" means the code of practice approved under the repealed Act

, section 75 as in force immediately before commencement day.

"repealed Act" means the Tenancy Tribunal Act 1994

as in force immediately before commencement day.
