LEASES (COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL) ACT 2001 - SECT 80

Emergency alterations

If an alteration or refurbishment results from an emergency, the lessor must give the affected tenant notice of the alteration or refurbishment that is reasonable in the circumstances.
