LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 188

Surrender of local registration certificate and cancellation of registration as foreign lawyer

    (1)     A person registered as a foreign lawyer under this part may surrender the local registration certificate to the relevant council.

    (2)     The relevant council may cancel the registration.
