LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 220

A barrister commits an offence if—

        (a)     the barrister receives money on behalf of someone else; and

        (b)     the money is received in the course of the barrister's practice as a barrister.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
