LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 434

The following provisions of the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008

do not apply in relation to a proceeding under this Act:

        (a)     section 8 (Rules of evidence);

        (b)     section 48 (Costs of proceedings);

        (c)     division 6.2 (Powers and decisions in applications for occupational discipline).
